Until the all-too-hasty dawn (2025) is a short film about closeness. In chorus, two narrators – the artist and her sister – recount stories of childhood customs, bird migration, Greek myth and the fluctuations of light in a yearly cycle. Two years pass as the story unfolds in fragments that tell of oscillations between place and distance, absence and presence, the seen-before and the unreachable; it is a tale that touches on adolescence and an invitation for the dreaming up of a memory.
